Load the copay_claim_medical table from attached mapping sheet

Requirement: 

Create a Pyspark script for the attached source_target_mapping_sheets and populate the target table(“copay_claim_medical“) with its logic.[^source_target_mapping_sheets (2333b551-fec8-4651-b694-5f04511319e6).xlsx] 

Note: if the Source table and Source column is Not Available/ Null / Empty - Refer the logic. 

For obsolete - ignore the obsolete part in the logic.
