Introduction: Analyzing healthcare professional (HCP) interactions with medical inquiries and responses is essential for measuring engagement and communication effectiveness. The goal is to derive key insights from inquiry data to understand how frequently messages are conveyed to HCPs and assess the overall effectiveness of these interactions and get and compute these metrics for better insights into medical engagement strategies.
Requirements: Create a Pyspark logic, use the excel sheet 'key_message_delivered' on the medical inquiries and medical inquiries responses with Hcp’s interactions and get the insights on below metrics.
Total Calls (Inquiries):* Count of InquiryID
Calls (Inquiries) with Messages :* count of Product_Message

Number of Key Messages Delivered :* Count of Product_Message_Delivery is Delivered.
