Medical Inquiry - Urgent Inquiries are unfulfilled by threshold, summary of therapeutic with urgency

Introduction: Handling and analyzing medical inquiries is crucial for providing timely responses to healthcare professionals (HCPs). This analyzes data related to medical inquiries and their associated responses within the timeframe and urgency levels for prioritized responses and also identifies the inquiries by therapeutic area with urgency levels with inquiry count

 

Requirements:

 

Create the Pyspark code and use the source table 'medical_inquiry_data'.

 

* Filter urgent inquiries where ‘US_Urgency’ is at a high level, ‘Sent_To_Fulfilment’ remains Not Fulfilled, and ‘Days_unfulfilled’ exceeds 7 days.

* Group and count inquiries by US_Therapeutic_Area and US_Urgency.

 

Final Output: Show the result of urgent unfulfilled inquiries and also show the result of Therapeutic area and urgency wise inquiry count.
